1). A Two Days National Workshop on "INTERNET OF THINGS": From Protocol to Practice

2). A Webinar on ”Current Trends in Data Analytics and Machine Learning” on 11/July/2023 (Tuesday) between 03:00 PM to 04:00 PM, through the Microsoft Team platform. The lecture in this webinar was given by Dr. B. Satheesh Kumar is working as Assistant Professor, in the School of Computing Science and Engineering, Galgotias University, Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.

3). A Webinar on “Big Data and Cloud computing (AWS)” on 20/07/2023 (Thursday) between 03:00 PM to 04:00 PM, through the Microsoft Team platform. The lecture in this webinar was given by Mr.Gowtham.SB is working as Senior Data Engineer, Paypal, Chennai.

4). Training and Placement cell of KASC organized Skills Development Training Program in association with Explore Academy, Gandhipuram, Coimbatore, for B.Sc 3^rd year and M.Sc 2^nd year students from date 12^th July, 2023 at 3.00 pm to 4.30pm. The main objective behind this training program is to develop problem solving ability of students also to develop their communication skills. For this training program Mr. K.Satheesh was the trainer from Explore Academy, Gandhipuram, Coimbatore.

5). Department of Computer Science (SF) & Department of Computer Applications has organized an Awareness Programme on “India Emerging as a Global Wellness and Ayurvedha Hub” on 26/07/2023 (Wednesday) between 02.30 PM to 04:30 PM, at Niveditha Hall, . The lecture in this awareness programme was given by Dr.K.J. Nihila Venkatachalapathy BAMS., CGO  is Chief Ayurvedha Doctor, Naadi Specialist, Founder – Ayur Mantra Trust, Dharma Vidhya Paatasala.

6). Department of Computer Science (SF) & Department of Computer Science with Data Analytics has organized A Seminar on Career Development and Personal Branding on 07/08/2023 (Monday) between 02.30 PM to 04:30 PM, at Conference Hall. The lecture in this Seminar was given by Mr.Dinah, Academic Head, Bluekode Academy, Coimbatore and Mr.Senthil, Business Head, Bluekode Academy, Coimbatore.

7). Department of Computer Science (SF) has been visited on One Day Industrial Visit to Radio Astronomy Centre, Ooty on 29.08.2023 (Tuesday) between 10.30 am to 12.30 pm. (UG III and PG II Students (53)). 

8). The Department of Costume Design and Fashion, Department of Computer Science (SF) and Institution’s Innovation Council, KASC jointly organized a Webinar on “Prototype Validation Converting Innovation into Startup” on 28.08.2023 through MS Teams Plat form from 11.00 am to 12.00pm.

9.) The Department of Computer Science (SF) organized the COMSAC-23 Association Inaugural Function on September 11, 2023 at 10.30 am in Conference Hall, Kongunadu Arts and Science College.

10). The Department of Computer Science (SF) organized the Guest Lecture on Psychosocial Fact on 01.09.2023 at 10.30 am in Room No.B13, Kongunadu Arts and Science College. 

11). The Department of Computer Science (SF) organized 12 Days Virtual Faculty Development Programme on Developing Human Potentials in Emerging Technologies in Computer Science from 04, September to 16, September 2023. The lecture was given by Mr.A.Gnanasekar, Data Architect, Kyndryl, Banglore, Karnataka, and Dr.K.Subramanian, Assistant Professor, XIME, Banglore.

12). The Department of Computer Science (SF) organized 6 Days Professional Development Programme on Upskilling Core Competencies for Computer Science Professionals from 09, October to 14, October 2023. The lecture was given by Mr.Wayan Firdaus Mahmudy, associate Professor, Faculty of Computer Science, Braeijaya University, Indonesia, and Mr.S.K.Dilip kumar, Senior Digital Designer, British Peroleum, London, United Kingdom. 

13). The Department of Computer Science (SF) organized One Day Workshop on Practicing Python Language Programme on 13 October 2023 at Lab4, Kongunadu Arts and Science College. The lecture was given by Jannani SivakumarV.K., Assistant Professor, Alpha Arts and Science College, University of Madras, Chennai.

14). Department of Computer Science (SF)  has organized A Seminar of Siddhar Science” on 17/10/2023 (Tuesday) between 10.30 AM to 12:30 PM, at Niveditha Hall. The lecture was given by Dr.V.Manikandan, BSMS., Medical Officer, Siddha Sakthi Medical Centre, kumaraguru College of Technology, Saravanampatti.  

15).Department of Computer Science (SF) watching via video conferencing PM to launch Viksit Bharat@2047 -Voice of Youth | 11th December 2023 | 10:30 AM. Both UG and PG students of Computer Science (SF) have watching this video conferencing. Around 117 Participants actively watching this video conferencing.

16). Department of Computer Science and Department of Computer Science with Data Analytics, Kongunadu Arts and Science College,Coimbatore conducted a “Capacity Building Workshop on Life Skills Among Today’s Students” on 13.10.2023. The Lecture was given by Karthik Rengarajan, Head, Business Development & Management, 2K Speakathon, Coimbatore, TamilNadu.

17). Department of Computer Science (SF) and the Department of Computer Science with Data Analytics was organized National Level Technical Symposium - GENIX – 2024, on  21^st February 2024, at Conference Hall, Kongunadu Arts and Science College, Coimbatore, TamilNadu - Approximately 281 students from various institutions participated in the symposium.

18. Department of Computer Science (SF) was organized The Seminar on “Agile Technology” on 13.02.2024  at Conference Hall, Kongunadu Arts and Science College, Coimbatore, TamilNadu. Around 130 of students and faculty members were participated and benefitted. Resource Person: Dr.R.Kowsalya, Assistant Professor and Head, Department of Computer Science PG,  PSGR Krishnammal College, Coimbatore.

19.The Department of Computer Science [SF] organized a One day a Seminar on Women’s Health”. Resources on 13^th March 2024 at 2.00 PM to 04.00 PM. Resource Person: Dr. V. Manikandan BSMS, Medical Officer- Siddha, Sakthi Siddha Medical Centre, Kumaraguru College of Technology, Saravanampatti, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.

20. The Department of Computer Science [SF] and NDLI club jointly organized a workshop on “Hands on Workshop: Learn to Build Websites from Scratch” using NDLI Resources on 19.03.2024 at 10.00 am to 01.00 pm. Resource Person: Mr.L.Kathirvelkumaran, Assistant Professor & Head Department Computer Science with Data Analytics, KASC, Coimbatore.

Department of Computer Science (SF) and Department of Computer Science with Data Analytics jointly organised “A Webinar on Analysis and Design of Algorithms using Python Language” as part of SKILL Development program with the aim to enrich the students with  usefulness of Data Science and AI in the field of IT . This online session was delivered by Three Resource person, Prof. Chandana. G.H. Prof.Sushmita Ankalgi,Prof. Varadaraj from Department of computer science, The National College Jayanagar, Bangaloreon 06.09.2022.

Department of Computer Science (SF) and Department of Department of Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning jointly organised “A seminar on Scaling up of IOT to address 21st century challenges” as part of Professional Development program with the aim to enrich the students with  usefulness in the area of IOT . The session was delivered by Resource person Mr. Amarnath karthick. M, Director,Embuzz Technologies Private limited Coimbatoreon 20.09.2022.

Department of Computer Science (SF) and Department of Department of Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning and Department of Computer Science with Data Analyticsjointly organised “Personality Development and Career Guidance Programme” with the aim to enrich the students with  Personality Development and Career Guidance. The session was delivered by Resource personMs. Yamini Singaravelan, Agilc Coach, Scrum Master, ICP-ACC, CSP,A-CSM, SAFe, Munich, Bavaria, Germany on 07.10.2022.

A Two Days National Workshop on “INTERNET OF THINGS : From Protocol to Practice” has been jointly organized by Department of Computer Science (SF), Department of CS with DA and Department of AI & ML at Kongunadu Arts and Science College, Coimbatore, on 26th and 27th of August 2022. The Workshop was inaugurated at the College Conference Hall on 13.10.2022 by 10 AM. Inaugural Address was delivered by Mr.Amarnath Karthic M, Technical Director-Embedded Unit, embuzz Technologies Pvt Ltd, Coimbatore.

A Webinar on International Women’s Day Celebration the topic “DigitALL: Innovation and Technology for Gender Equality’” was organized by the  Department of Computer Science (SF), Kongunadu Arts and Science College (Autonomous), Coimbatore-29, Tamil Nadu, India,  invited speaker Dr. T.S.Subashini, Professor, Department of Computer Science and Engineering & Director, Annamalai Digital Information Centre, Annamalai University on 8^th March 2023 at 2:45 P.M.

ISCA Sponsored for the Department of Computer Science(SF) for the Schoolstudents of Green field Matriculation School, G.N.Mills  Coimbatore-29, with the aim to enrich the participants with leveraging the usefulness of Social Media. The session with the end to end Real time example was delivered by Resource person Mr.A.GANASEKARfrom IBM, Bangalore.
