The College management has been giving staff incentives to motivate teaching and research among the staff members form the academic year 2004-2005 onwards. The increasing numbers of staff eligible for the incentive and the growing amount of contribution from the Management reflects the augmentation of knowledge in the institution. In the academic year 2004-2005, 38 members of staff received Rs.83,400/- as incentive and during 2007-2008, the number of staff rose to 68 and the incentive amount to Rs.1,29,850. The staff members are selected for incentives from the following categories:

• Paper Publications in National and International Journals.
• Citations in National and International Journals.
• Book Publications.
• Major and Minor Research Projects.
• Organizing Conference, Seminars and Workshops.
• 100% Result in each subject (Department Incentive).
• 100% attendance.
