Since its inception in 1973, our College has continuously evolved by achieving higher benchmarks in terms of quality and standards in the field of Higher education.
As an Autonomous College since 2004, we have established a good reputation among the student community and have become a sought after destination for aspiring students from different parts of the country.
The achievements of the College have been fully validated by the 'A' Grade rating conferred on the College by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) - Government of India in the re-accreditation exercise carried out in January 2009 with a CGPA of 3.80 which is equivalent to 95% out of 100. This rating has positioned our College as No.1 College among the Arts and Science Colleges in India.
