Nine of our College staff members were honoured with Best Teachers, Best Researchers and Exemplary Service awards by the College Management after evaluating their performance at the Pearl Jubilee Celebration in 2004.
These awardees unanimously decided to form a research foundation in the name of Thiru.Dr.M.Aruchami, Secretary of the College, who is striving hard in making the College as one of the best higher education institutions in India. Christened as “Dr.M.Aruchami Research Foundation”, it was founded on 10.01.2004 and is doing its best to encourage research activities in the College to a great height. |

Present Activites: By Conducting guest lecture programmes / Seminars / Conferences / Symposium / Work Shops and to help the researchers to learn more about research.
Honouring the researchers who did their PhD. Programme in Kongunadu Arts and Science College and the staff who have successfully completed their PhD. programmes in and outside of the college. Also honouring "The Best Research Scholars" Selected by the expert committee, by presenting cash awards. |

Future Plan: To help the research scholars and the staff by the way of funding for paper presentation in National & International Conferences to be held at various places.
Also to help the researchers by the way of financial help, honouring by awarding medals,etc., for their publication of the papers in international peer reviewed & Internationally indexed Journals. |
