THE DEPARTMENT OF PHYSICS
The Department of Physics was started in the year 1973 and has crossed many milestones in its development. It has a team of dedicated staff members who are striving their best to achieve academic and research excellence. The staff strength at the inception of the course was three. But currently it has gone up to 12 due to the addition of UG and PG programmes. The Research Programme was started during 2000. Within a short span of time, the research activities have grown by leaps and bounds.
