After the convocation held by Bharathiar University the college holds a function when the degree certificates are distributed to the graduates, students must apply for their degree certificates in the application form issued by the Bharathiar University on or before the last date fixed by the college.

For the Candidates who have completed the duration of the course and left the College, (went out candidates/private candidates) all information regarding Supplementary Examinations, issue of examination application forms, certificates and application for Graduation ceremony will be available in the College website www.kongunaducollege.ac.in and general notice board of the College. Regular students will however be informed of the examinations by circulation, in addition to the modes mentioned above. No candidate will be individually communicated. The College shall not be liable for whichever the lapse that occurs due to the ignorance of the candidates regarding this matter.

Verification of Qualification
The agencies, which are requesting the verification of educational qualifications of former students of this college who opt for higher studies / employment, shall pay a fee of Rs.100/-(Rupees One hundred only) per candidate to this college, in the form of Demand Draft drawn on "The Principal, Kondunadu Arts and Science College, Coimbatore" payable at Coimbatore. No cheques will be accepted.
The DD along with a request shall be sent by the agencies to the following address.
